Ole Manny’s Seafood Shack is a family-owned Baja-style seafood truck serving fresh tacos, ceviches, and coastal classics inspired by Baja California. Founded in 2022 by Manny Tenorio and his family, Ole Manny’s is built on quality ingredients, experience, and a welcoming, family-first atmosphere.

about the team

Ole (not to be confused with olé) Manny’s Seafood Shack was founded by Manny Tenorio, who first entered Las Vegas’s culinary scene in 2017 with Bajamar Seafood & Tacos, earning multiple awards including Hidden Gem of the Year and Best Tacos in Nevada. Ole Manny’s Seafood Shack is the next chapter in that story.

Together, Manny, his daughter Stefanie, and the son he always wanted, Jared, bring over 50 years of combined experience. Guests are welcomed into a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere rooted in laughter, hospitality, and honest food. As the team likes to say, “If you don’t like it, we’ll eat it!”
